great recipes i will try to my home....!!

Hello, just wondering... if I only have 1 cake pan... can I mix the batter and bake 1 cake at a time? Will it affect the quality of the cake when I send it to bake on second batch?

Hi Lyn, because there is a chemical reaction when you mix the ingredients, most batters need to go directly in the oven. you can probably refrigerate the batter for up to 1 hour and then bake the second layer and should be OK. Hope this helps!

Hi James, thanks for your reply. Will give it a try perhaps next week. Wish me luck! :)

I din’t know, how to make cake but with the help of this recipe I made it successfully. It’s taste was very amazing.
