This turned out better than I thought it would. I used quinoa instead of rice. I am always looking for meatless recipes as red meat is too expensive and not that healthy. Next time I make this I might include some salsa or some chopped tomatoes just to jazz it up a bit more.


Really loved this recipe. I added David's Steak Spice instead of cumin , and it was fantastic. I would definitely make this recipe again.

Love it! This lentil loaf is a great family recipe, feeds lots of people. I make it all the time, I use my food processor which makes it a lot easier. It's totally vegan and gluten free, yeah!
