This was very good! I had to change a few things, like, use gluten free pasta, gluten free vegetable broth (because the store didn't have GF chicken broth) and gluten free flour . I would've had to change the cream to almond milk and not use the Parmesan, but forgot the almond milk on the counter until after it was mixed together. And I forgot all about the lemon juice, thyme and peas. I also added chopped celery to the onions and mushrooms! All in all, despite my add in's or deletions, it was very good.
