Roasting Pans

Reading your recipe reminds me that I haven't made a good pot roast in a very long time. I do love the flavor of chuck roast combined with roasted vegetables. The aromas that exude throughout the house while baking offer a warm invitation to sit down for a home cooked meal. I, too, enjoy this meal in the cooler months. I very much like your recipe & it is very interesting that you use both chicken & beef broth. Customarily, where I am from in the South, the pot roast is served with a bed of rice. The noodles on the side sound very delicious.

It is weird to find out just how many blogs the
internet has on this subject. I don't know if I will ever need to come back here, but it is good to know I stumbled upon the one that offers a little practical info if this should come up for me another time
