This is not a non stick pan - especially if there is sauce or marinade on the food. I have had to throw away one grill because the food was so stuck on it was useless. I tried low, high and medium heat with the second grill I bought but food just sticks on. Non marinated or very simple foods worked great - hamburgers for instance. Wanted this product to be great but it isn't non-stick
